Shymbulak one-day ski-tour

• Shymbulak is a Kazakhstani ski resort near the city of Almaty.
 The resort is located in the Ile-Alatau National Park at an altitude of 2200-2500 meters.
 The height of the ski slopes is 900-1000 meters. The ski resort Shymbulak was opened in 1954. The length of the slope track from the Talgar Pass is 3,500 meters, slalom is 1,500 meters, average width is 25 meters, and the angle of slopes is 11-29 degrees. These characteristics allow athletes to develop maximum speeds throughout its length. You can reach the highest point of Shymbulak by cable car. It is 800 meters from the Medeo ice rink. The first part of the cable road will take you to the bottom of the Shymbulak ski slopes, there is a rental of skis, snowboards and equipment, snack bars and restaurants. The second part of the road is the middle of the road. From there, you can start the descent or change to the third part of the cable road. Having overcome the third part of the road, you will find yourself at the highest point - Talgar Pass (3200 meters above sea level). 
 Our car with guide will picks you up from the hotel. You go to Medeo. There, you take the gondola road to the Shymbulak ski resort. The first level of the ski resort is 2260 meters above sea level. Until noon we ski along the territory. Depending on the snow and weather conditions, you can ski on the slopes of Sukhoi Log and Cone.
 Then you have lunch at the 3200 bar on the Talgar Pass - at the highest point of the resort. And it is possible to ski to one of the peaks adjacent to the resort.
 The way back to Medeo by cable car and to the hotel by car.
